Manifestations of the phenomenon of simulacra archaization in modern constitutions are observed both in the content of these legal acts and in their design. The article gives and analyzes examples of archaization of the design of the text of modern constitutions, reveals its reasons and aims, shows in which cases the archaization of the design of the act leads to the appearance of a simulacrum. The analysis allows us to draw conclusions about the peculiarities of the manifestations of the simulacrum of archaization in the design of modern constitutions.
