Abstract
Ideas about mythological eras and great periods in ancient civilizations are based on this model: «the golden age» at first and then gradual damage and death. Sometimes in the general scheme of the steady
deterioration of each mythological era adjustments are made. Heroes and elected continue to live on the islands of the blessed in eternity.
