The review article is devoted to the international conference “City: Culture, Memory and Everyday Life”, which was held on April 8–9, 2025 at the INION RAS. The conference reflected urban issues in their various aspects. The scientific interest of the researchers was focused on everyday, ethnographic, economic and cultural features of urban life. The author offers a selection of reports devoted to religion and the spiritual sphere of life in a modern city.
