The International Scientific Conference “Geography of Art” is part of a multi–year interdisciplinary project dedicated to the study of the problems of interaction between art and space. In 2022, the eighth conference was held in a hybrid format. The issues of artistic images of geographical space, the role of art in the existence of the cultural landscape, the drift of styles in geographical space, sacred spaces created by art, etc. were considered. An important part of the discussed issues is the relationship of texts and space – literary geography, local texts, travelogues. An interdisciplinary approach is one of the hallmarks of the conference.
