Abstract
The choice of symbolism used in the public space of Brittany
is a visualization of the contemporary identity of the Bretons. Thanks to the rich historical, cultural and artistic heritage of this region, the political traditions of autonomous statehood, the symbolic corps of the Bretons is very rich. But the flag of Gwen-à-du, the symbol of the ermine, the triskele and the abbreviation BZH appear as the main symbols, reflecting the ideas of regionalism, Brittany's cultural identity and commitment to progressive
development.
