The article discusses how the ideas of good and evil are reflected in constitutions. It was noted what philosophical religious, cultural approaches to these concepts are used in constitutional texts. Particular attention is paid to constitutional characteristics in the context of the ideas of good and evil of the national constitution itself. The evolution of the constitutional reflection of the ideas of the good and evil is shown using the example of the provisions on freedom and slavery. The summary concludes that there is an objective need for science and practice in a detailed study of this topic.
