Averintsev and the project of intellectual history

Abstract
The article proposes to use the general “frame” of the intellectual history as a significant and relevant disciplinary context in relation to some texts of S. Averintsev. Placing the heritage of Averintsev “in the field” of intellectual history, the author speaks about him as a historian of intellectual culture of Europe in its “Great time”. The key theoretical and cultural-historical concepts of Averintsev’s intellectual-historical optics are the concepts of “reflexive traditionalism, Christian aristotelism, rhetoric, rhetorical type of rationality”.
